We manufacture wheels up to 900 mm in diameter with any center hole specification. They are available in two bond types – electroplated and resin. Compared to sintered wheels, they have a lower weight, which significantly simplifies handling and reduces overall costs. However, their lifespan is shorter than that of sintered wheels, and their grinding properties differ from face wheels with a thick layer in metal or resin bond.
Thanks to the magnetic base, these wheels can be easily swapped, making them particularly useful when frequent changes in diamond grit size are required on the same machine. They are ideal for less frequent use or applications requiring flexibility in grinding parameters.
